Join Steph Debou and Heartsong for a gentle restorative yoga practice. Participants experience the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, whispering gong, and Heartsong’s vocalizations invite the mind’s chatter to disappear. The self and spirit align, the breath deepens and the space is created to journey within, receive insights and restore wellness of being.
