Description
Up to 7 women will be shown gentle and active breathwork techniques to assist in releasing anxiety, centering and energizing the Self. There will be a guided breath journey to music. Time will be provided to abstractly illustrate and capture the essence of your experience and insights. We then participate in a sharing circle.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, blindfold, water bottle, pillow, blankets, shawl, and your favorite colouring pencils or crayons.
There are extra blankets and construction paper/pencil crayons are available
